The TALK Book Club will will host the next book discussion in the meeting rooms of the Library on Saturday, Feb. 18th at 11am. ‘My Antonia” by Willa Cather is the book being discussed this month. NEW PROGRAM for ages 8 +

Beginning Tuesday, February 7, 2012 from 5:30 – 7:30 PM

Youth ages 8 & up, come to the library every Tuesday for an action packed LARGE SCREEN game night and “GET YOUR GAME ON!!” Many games including WII & PS3 games and board games galore!! You can even bring your own WII or PS3 games to challenge your friends on the big screens. See you the in the meeting rooms!

SECOND FRIDAY FILM FEST AT THE LIBRARY!

The Second Friday Films series continues at the Library on Friday, Feburary 10th at 7PM. The films are presented by the Garden City Arts film committee. No admission is charged and refreshments are available. You may also bring a snack to share that matches the themes or native country/language of the movie. Wee Readers

Do you have a little one between the ages of 0 months and 36 months? If so, the Finney County Public Library has created a special story time just for them. We call it Wee Readers! Three times a week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday @ 10:30 AM, we will meet in the library’s Hutchison Room. Bring your wee readers and join us for songs, stories, fingerplays, and fun activities. No need to preregister!
